Starting the professional life in 1989, he worked in Valeo as National Director in Turkey for more than 10 years, subsequently Managing Director of Valeo Transmissions in Italy for 6 years and Overseas Operation Director of Valeo Electric and Electronics based in HQ in Paris, France for 4 years. As a part of his duties, he lived in Mexico, Brasil, India besides France and Italy.
As a top level administrator, he used to be a part of Valeo Group’s globalisation process, which is one of the biggest global suppliers of Automitive Industry.
Finally he worked as CEO of Standard Profil Group during more than 5 years till July 2019. Within this period, he succesfuly managed the restructuring process of a Turkish Company to create a global player in its field through 12 production plants in 7 countries including Spain, Bulgaria, Morocco, South Africa, China, Mexico and Turkey.
In the course of all these years he closely worked with all the global vehicle manufacturers in Automotive Sector. He has a vast experience in the management of industrial groups, including restructuring, globalisation, sustainable profitable growth, M&A and Public Offerings.
He speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Turkish.
Göksel Paker

In most of his 30 years of professional life, he carried out top level management duties in automotive, energy and metal sectors. After his graduation as mechanical engineer he started his professional life as maintenance, and was promoted as R&D and projects, purchasing and then plant manager respectively in Valeo Transmissions in Turkey, where he collected a vast experience in the management system of a global company like Valeo.
Subsequently, he worked for İnci Akü for almost 10 years as General Manager first, and then CEO and Chairman of Board of Directors and at the same time he was a member of Executive Commitee of İnci Holding, responsible of industrial operations.
He continued his professional career in Asaş Aluminium as General Manager and later on CEO and Member of the Board of Directors in Mutlu Holding and Mutlu Akü.
He actively worked in various projects as industrial consultant such as Tubitak, ITU (Istanbul Technical University) Energy Institute, 9 Eylül University Solar Energy Institute.
Within all these years he has experienced and been specialised in the restructuring of the companies for profitable and sustainable growth as well as mergers and acquisitions.
